About Me
About Me!
Hi, I’m Huynh! I’m 38, married, and a proud mom to a hyperactive toddler—as well as a large cat colony, 9 dogs, 2 miniature horses, 4 goats, and a dozen chickens (yes, it’s a full house!).
I’ve lived with social anxiety my entire life. The kind that makes you rehearse every conversation before it happens, overthink what you said after it’s done, and cancel plans even though your heart really wanted to show up.
By day, I draw land and subdivision maps full-time—a quiet, detailed job that fits the way my brain works. But anxiety doesn’t clock out. I still struggle every day—with work, family life, errands, social interactions, and even the internal pressure to “just be normal.”
This blog, Fight Anxiety and Go, is my space to talk honestly about living with social anxiety. No sugar-coating. Just real stories, small victories, awkward moments, and everything in between. I want this space to feel like a deep breath for anyone who needs it—a reminder that you’re not alone, and that it’s okay to take life one anxious step at a time.
Whether you’re trying to survive a grocery trip, manage the guilt of canceling plans, or just get through the workday without spiraling—I get it. I’m living it, too.
Let’s fight anxiety and go… gently, together.
